AquaSox Community Programs
Charitable Donations
The Everett AquaSox are happy to continue their support of the Puget Sound area's fundraising efforts. Our organization makes contributions to non-profit organizations that are located within a 25-mile area of Everett, WA. We feel we can be most beneficial in the community by keeping our charitable donations close to home. If you are located outside our area, we appreciate your interest in us and regret that we will be unable to fulfill your request. Our policy is donate once to each non-profit organization. If your organization feels that our donation was valuable, we can continue working with you annually by providing an opportunity for you to do business with us as well as contributing to your cause. Some ways that you can partner with us are:
- Purchase season tickets, mini-plans, or bonus books
- Organize a group outing for your business, church, or school group
- Book a picnic or Bullpen BBQ
Contact our office for more information on these opportunities for your group to support AquaSox baseball.
Send your donation requests on letterhead by mail to the following:
Everett AquaSox
Attn: Scott Gray
3802 Broadway
Everett, WA 98201
Fax (425) 258-3675
Phone (425) 258-3673
All requests must be in writing and include the following:
- A self addressed stamped envelope
- Organization's full name, address, and phone number
- A brief description of the event, when, and where it is
- Who the event benefits
- All contact information for the person who is soliciting for the event
Due to the large number of requests that we receive each week, it is greatly appreciated if requests are submitted at least four weeks in advance of the event. Any donation requests made within this time will be considered, but not guaranteed. Accepted donation requests are usually mailed out between one and two weeks upon receiving a request. Only organizations within the Snohomish County and the surrounding area will be considered. We are community minded and feel we can do the most by building and supporting our local communities.
